When does rebalancing occur?

Updated over a week ago

Rebalances are triggered anytime our system initiates trades to align your brokerage account with your chosen Strategy.

What Triggers a Rebalance?

A rebalance can be initiated by three primary factors:

  • Provider Updates: When a portfolio or basket Provider changes the composition of their strategy such as adjusting weights, exiting assets, or resizing positions.

  • Strategy Changes: When you adjust your Strategy by changing the weights of your selected portfolios and baskets.

  • Market Drift: Price movements, dividends, and other events can cause your account to drift from its target. Our system continuously monitors these shifts and triggers rebalances to keep your strategy aligned.
