You can transfer cash or positions from your account at any time. If you transfer cash or a position that is currently part of your active Strategy, our system will automatically repurchase it during the next rebalance (hourly interval) to maintain your chosen strategy.
How to Raise Funds for Withdrawal
If your available cash is too low for the amount you wish to withdraw, follow these steps:
Update your strategy: Adjust your portfolio settings to raise the required cash.
Pause rebalancing: Use the 'Need Help?' live chat on Plutus to ask our team to temporarily pause rebalances while your withdrawal processes.
Resume rebalancing: Once you have updated your strategy and completed the withdrawal, notify us to reactivate your rebalances.
