Why are Portfolios and Baskets subscriber only?

What is a Subscriber-Only Portfolio?

Some investment baskets and portfolios on Plutus are curated in partnership with external paid products (most commonly Substack).

When a portfolio is labeled Subscriber Only, it means the detailed data and insights associated with it are tied to an external subscription. To sync these services, ensure your Plutus account uses the same email address as your external subscription.

What if I don't have a subscription?

You are never restricted from investing on Plutus. Even without an active external subscription, you can still invest in any portfolio or basket on the Plutus platform.

Investing in any product automatically grants you viewing access, meaning you don't need to worry about signing up for the external service beforehand to get the full experience.

How do I view my provider subscriptions?

You can view your active subscriptions under Settings. Here you can view your active subscriptions and their access levels.

What if I have a subscription but can't view the portfolio?

If you have an active subscription but the portfolio remains locked, please reach out to our support team. We will manually verify your information to ensure your status is up to date and your access is restored.
